Knowing that the African-American people are interwoven into the fabric of the American Society of a virtue of art, culture, religion, and habits, we commit ourselves to the proper preservation, maintenance, and advancement of that noble heritage.

Given the immense achievement of our people in the creation of songs, the exhibition of art, the expressions of poetry, and the oratory of masterful sermon, we announced that we seek to ensure that our children's children will be assured of this legacy.

Therefore, our aim is pure, our objectives are clear, and not determination is deliberate and willful in the establishment of the African American Cultural Heritage Association to continue the remarkable history of high culture. We are clearly the ones that must rise to the challenge to do this because we are the inheritors of a great treasure and we must not allow it to wither away.

Welcome
Words from Nelson Mandella

"Our deepest fear is not that we're inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not darkness, that most frighten us.
We ask ourselves, "Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be.  You are a child of God.
Your playing small doesn't serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that the other people won't feel insecure around you.
We are born to manifest the glory of God within us.

It is not just some of us; it's in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from own own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
